About Me
My work has evolved from my life journey. It stems not only from my training, but from experiences – from situations where I myself was challenged, physically, emotionally and existentially.
There were moments when I was left to rely solely on myself. And it was precisely there that I discovered something fundamental:
That there is knowledge within one’s own body.
That one’s own hands are capable of carrying.
And that the voice – the sounds – can be a way back.
My Journey
Over many years, I have explored various therapeutic approaches, integrated them, and have repeatedly had the privilege of experiencing remarkable results. At the same time, my journey has always been an artistic one. These two strands have come together in my work: professional expertise and a vibrant, perceptive approach to people. Since 1995, I have been supporting people through developmental processes, crises and the processing of traumatic experiences.
What has emerged from this
My own approaches have developed from my personal experience and my many years of work:
Trauma Impulse Therapy and med-i-a-mou
They are based on Chirophonetics – and at the same time on something very personal: on lived experience, on a deep trust in self-regulation, and on the conviction that development happens from within.
My approach
I do not work to ‘change’ people. I support them in reconnecting with themselves, hearing their own voice and developing trust in their own path. For me, healing means not fixing something, but remembering.
What matters to me
I hope that people – and young people in particular – find the courage to listen to themselves, to sense their own direction and to follow their own path. With clarity. With dignity. And with inner strength.
